The first day of school is just around the corner! I hope that you all had a fun and safe summer. Please see below for some brief updates. A more detailed packet of information will come to you via email in a few days with greater detail about helpful school information and building logistics as we start the school year.
You can access the school supply list on our website! You may notice slight changes from year’s past due to some adjustments after reviewing what is needed at each grade level. We tried to be mindful of the cost of supplies and looking at any overflow from last year when creating the lists. All students K-4 will need PE shoes. They do not need to be brand new, but they are a set of dedicated shoes that will stay inside all year. If you need any assistance at all with school supplies, please reach out to Mrs. Paulman, school counselor, at paulmank@usd323.org.
Enrollment is now live for both returning and new students. If you are a returning student, an email with your child’s specific snapcode was sent to you recently. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see one in your inbox. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the office and we will respond as quick as we can during office hours. Check and cash payments for lunch money can we received at Back to School Night. We do not process credit or debit cards in the office.
Teacher post cards were mailed last Friday to returning students! In the coming days, your child should receive a postcard from their assigned homeroom teacher for the school year. If you have not received one by Thursday of this week, please let the office know. Thank you for giving the mail some time to get to you. If you have received a postcard, you must still complete enrollment if you have not already. We sent the postcards knowing enrollment would start very soon but it is not a confirmation of completed online enrollment.
Back to School Night - Monday, August 11 from 5:00-7:00 pm. Please see the graphic below for specific times for grade levels to visit their classrooms and drop off their school supplies! By spreading out the time to visit, this helps us with traffic flow and parking. CLICK HERE TO View PTO Pizza Sales Information!
Please be on the lookout for more communication from me in the coming week. We look forward to seeing you soon!
