The Pottawatomie County Health Department is one again providing OPTIONAL flu clinics for all USD 323 enrolled students and staff this year. The flu clinic date for SGE is Wednesday October 7th. To participate in the In-School option, paperwork must be submitted back to school by Monday, October 5.
Students and staff who wish to participate have two options- either register for the flu shot to be given during the school day without need for a parent to be present OR participate as a family at the community event later that evening.
Only return the registration form to the school if you want your student to participate in the in-school option. Those wishing to attend the community event will turn in registrations at that time later in the day/evening. Please see the attached flyers and registration documents.
