Youth Cheer Night Reminders:
Youth cheer participants will cheer Friday, October 10th at the home Varsity football game against Marysville. Pre-K through 6th grade will cheer the first half, and 5th and 6th grade will have the opportunity to cheer for the 3rd quarter. Participants should meet in the HS Commons at 6:00 to prepare for the game. Drop-off will begin no earlier than 5:45 p.m. Participants will receive their bow and t-shirt that evening. On the night of the performance, participants should wear black/dark leggings, tennis shoes, and hair styled for a bow.
If the weather is on the cooler side, your cheerleader can wear a long sleeve shirt, hoodie/jacket and can wear the t-shirt over any additional layers.

Please join us for our HS Volleyball Senior Night Tuesday 10/14/2025 at home vs. Marysville! We will be celebrating Pink out that Night, and we will be auctioning off three baskets of items to benefit Whitney's Warriors and Nora's Angels that support those impacted by breast cancer in the area. Varsity games kick off at 5:15pm! Let's be sure to come out to celebrate our Seniors and support our Mustangs!

Final Results from VB at Wamego: Varsity wins game and two. Game 1 25-12, 25-23, game 2 25-18, 25-12. JV also picks up two wins as well, Freshmen go 1-1 on the night. Good job ladies! Up next JV plays at home and Varsity travels to Hillsboro on Saturday.

RC, JV Volleyball has a solid night, defeating Centralia, Sabetha, and Valley Heights in straight sets all around to add three more wins on the season. Up next, Varsity, JV and Freshmen face off against Wamego tomorrow night starting at 5:15pm.

RC, due to the Middle School Cross Country event tomorrow, we will be putting into place a parking plan for the High School on Tuesday, 9/30/2025, the HS Football Team, the HS Cross Country Team, and the HS Girls Golf team, along with Juniors through Freshmen will need to park in the South Lot, filling up the paved lot first. Our remaining Seniors will need to park in the North West MS Parking lot and enter through the HS Activity Entrance tomorrow morning.

RC, shout out to our HS Girls Team who had some outstanding finishes at Rim Rocks Blue Division today. Out of 376 competitors, Liv Nippert placed 24th, Clare Buessing placed 31st, and Lucy Nippert placed 34th! Great job ladies!

RC, shout out to our HS Boys Cross Country team for placing 10th at Rim Rock today out of 92 total teams. Notable results had Liam Johnston 21st and Simeon Bohlen 31st out of over 503 competitors!
