JV Baseball and Softball Update: Rock Creek puts up wins in Softball and Baseball, winning 15-0 in both programs. Sftbl vs Clay Center, Bsbl vs Wamego. Game 2 is underway for both.

Weather predictions indicate that a line of strong storms will be arriving at the Manhattan/Rock Creek area between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm. As a result of this, we are asking that families, spectators, and Prom attendees remain at home and delay arriving to Rock Creek until after the storms have passed.
We will not begin the Promenade until after storms have passed, and no earlier than 7:30 pm this evening.
Additionally, Rock Creek will be moving drop off for Promenade to the HS Office Entrance, and attendees will cross the HS Commons Stage as they arrive, before proceeding to the dance. Picture information for this has been attached to this message. Our public will have access to the HS Commons through the HS Office Entrance.

HS Softball picks up the win in game 2, defeating Abilene 18-0 in three innings.
HS Baseball splits on the night, losing to Abilene game one 4-12 in 7 innings, then picking up the win in game two 5-2.
Shout out to Coach Jeri Brummett who also picked up her 300th career win this afternoon! Coach Brummett has coached Softball at Rock Creek since the Spring of 2000. Congratulations coach Brummett!
